" My reservation which you sent confirmed basic insurence which turned not to be correct. I was informed that I dont have any insurence at the car rental. This was also confirmed by your assistance service when I called on spot. Few days before pick-up date, you sent me an email ofering additional insurence (althought it turned that I dont even have the standard one), which I tried to take, but without sucess - link did not work. In addition, you were sending me information in different languages french and german, despite my preferance for French, since there is no English language option for Switzerland. I will never use you again nor recommend! "
