" J'utilise auto Europe très régulièrement Je n'ai jamais eu de problème, sauf cette fois ci avec Hertz Orly qui m'a tout simplement « roulé » en me faisant croire qu'une Fiât 500 consomme 16l au 100km Hertz n'est pas une entreprise correcte Hertz est une entreprise à FUIR "

" J'ai fait 71km,j'ai fait le plein avant de rendre la voiture(6l) Le loueur me refacture 5,3litres d'essence. Cette Fiât 500 consommerait 16ltres au 100 km C'est impossible et ce sont des pratiques commerciales abusives pour ne pas dire bien pire "
